I'm Carli Monroe Isadore and my job isn't to hype you up or hand you a robe and hope for the best. My job is to handle everything so that for once, you don't have to. The posing, the lighting, the flow of the day… it's all been engineered so that you don't have to know what you're doing. You just have to show up.
